From the land revered for its superb Green Tea offerings, this Black Tea from Kagoshima Prefecture is a truly unique find. Kagoshima teas have been steadily growing in popularity and is the area in Japan where the first flush harvest occurs at the earliest date. Made from the same tea plants used to make Green tea resulting in a light & delicate black tea with a subtle sweetness.

From the acclaimed lush gardens of the Idulgashinna Estate in Sri Lanka, this unique Biodynamic tea has marvelous mellowness but all the subtle character of a full-bodied black Ceylon. This unique tea is very popular in Japan in sushi restaurants and sushi bars and is often referred to as Agari. This intriguing, vibrant Japanese green tea is made from powdered “imperfect tea” resulting from Sencha and Gyokuro manufacturing. These very fine fannings & broken bits are mixed with a bit of rice water & then pressed through molds producing uniform, spaghetti-like bits. Maximum flavor & benefits.

This medium oxidized oolong from Doi Mai Salong in Chang Rai is made from actual cuttings that were transplanted from the world famous WuYi Shan in China. Enjoy the unique orchid fragrance followed by natural sweetness which lingers after initial floral & fruit notes. A great example of a varietal from one region successfully flourishing in a different region of the world while taking on subtle characteristics from the new region.

A truly unique tea from the gently rolling hills of Nantou! This very special tea is a lightly oxidized oolong made from Jin Xuan cultivar delivers a smooth & creamy finish with a hint of cinnamon & roasted sugar.

This biodynamic tea hails from the esteemed Makaibari Estate in Kurseong, Darjeeling in West Bengal India. Kurseong is also known as the land of the white orchid. These delicate buds are handled lovingly & presented proudly; admire the mastery of this tea before steeping a cup.

This specialty tea is harvested from the historic Glenburn estate located in the pristine river valley and rolling hills of Darjeeling. Preserving the delicate silver tea buds, and a tender young leaf as well, this rare White Tea is picked by their most experienced tea pickers on a few select days each year. The buds are partially open, and the leaf is lightly curled giving the tea a silvery appearance. Mildly sweet in flavour, the cup is pale yellow in colour, but with a lingering freshness that embodies the crisp clean and unspoiled environment it is grown in.
